Fat Loss And The Truth About Fast Muscle Gains

If you are training hard and eating right, it’s easy to “slip” on a few extra pounds of unwanted fat. The big problem with fat, is that it is sneaky. It creeps on so gradually, that by the time you become aware of it, it’s already to late.

Then one day, you find you have a waistline that hides your “six-pack” and a burning desire to do something about it. At this point, the smart thing to do is to get rid of some of the excess fat, and get into a fairly hard, ripped condition. Any exercise product that is promoted as having the “magic”  ability to remove fat cells from a specific area of the body exclusively, is  just another way to lighten the load in your back pocket. The amount of fat you may or may not have over your whole body, is just that, “over your whole body.” This is the result of either too many ingested calories through the consumption of too much food, or not enough exercise.

How do they get away with such claims. Firstly, they don’t claim that you can lose the fat from exercise alone. They advise you in very fine print that their amazing piece of NASA designed exercise equipment, should be used with a calorie reduced diet.

And, the second reason why such claims can go undetected  is due to the fact that in certain areas of both the male and female body, spot reduction of fat cells can “appear” to occur as the result of a reduced diet or an increase in exercise. This is because in many cases, a fat appearance is the result of extremely bad muscle tone in completely untrained individuals. The simple solution is to focus on ways to gain muscle fast and reverse the fat appearance as soon as possible.
