Motivation, Desire and Building Muscle Fast
Desire. Without it, you will fail to achieve the results that are possible with a simple muscle building course. Desire, otherwise known as motivation is essential. It’s the ‘why?’ factor that propels you.
Get motivated and do it now! You don’t have time to think about it. Put to the test, this program is incredibly powerful. One to two workouts per week; fifteen to twenty minutes per session is all that’s required. The return on time invested is absolutely amazing.
Motivation is critical if you intend on reaping the most from your workouts. You must be committed, and you must make sacrifices. There are two powerful tools for maximizing your gains; setting goals and future pacing.
Setting yourself big goals is critical when seeking motivation. What’s your greatest desire? What’s your intended outcome? The answer to this question is the ‘why’ you should put everything you have got into this program. Is it bigger leaner muscles that you desire? Write it down. Record your intentions.
What’s your motivation? Do you want to put on 20 pounds of rock hard muscle and lose the extra fat around your waist? Write it down. Do you want to increase your chest measurement by four inches? Do you want to build a set of arms that causes mere mortals to fear your every move? Write it down. Be specific. What’s your motivation?
Here’s an example. “I want to add 20 pounds of muscle and increase my strength on all exercises by sixty percent over the next six weeks.” Sound good? Make sure you know exactly what you want to achieve. Make sure you know when you want to achieve it by. Once you know what you want, write it down in a nice little paragraph just like the one above.
The power of this simple technique should never be underestimated. If you record your primary objective before you start any program, you will focus on the “key improvements stats” you most strongly desire. If you identify one or two key areas that require focus, you will stay motivated and committed to your intended goals.
By maintaining clear goals in the forefront of your mind, you will keep on track, and stay fiercely motivated to gain muscle fast.
